Awareness & Responsibility at Ezekiel Management
At Ezekiel Management, we believe that artistic creation can only thrive in environments where people feel safe, respected, and seen. That’s why we actively advocate for awareness, protection structures, and respectful interaction in all contexts in which we, our artists, and producers operate.
Have you experienced or witnessed something?
If you’ve experienced or observed something at a concert, during a production process, or in the environment of one of our artists that you’d like to report, you can do so through the following channels:
- If there is a local awareness team at the event or location, you can reach out to them directly. These teams operate independently and treat all information confidentially.
- If no on-site structure is available, or if you would like to reach out to us in addition to speaking with a local team, you can use the information provided on the Ezekiel Management awareness posters or contact us directly via this landing page:
- You can also submit a report afterwards, either via email to our designated awareness officer or through the online form – even if you already spoke with someone on-site.
Submit a report (anonymously or with contact):
- via Online Form
- via E-Mail to awareness@ezekielmgmt.com
What happens after you report something?
Every situation is different. That’s why we first assess:
- Who is affected
- Who holds responsibility
- What spaces are involved
- What possible actions we can take
Our priorities are:
- Protecting and centering the affected person
- Transparency in how we handle incidents
- Structural learning
- Reflecting on power dynamics
- No action without the consent of the affected person
What else we do:
- We support our artists in developing their own awareness concepts.
- If artists don’t have a concept yet, we provide awareness posters with a QR code linking to this page.
- We consult on choosing project partners based on their values and practices.
- We regularly review internal roles, responsibilities, and communication practices.
Our approach to boundary violations
We have developed a binding Code of Conduct as a shared foundation for respectful collaboration. There is no place for boundary violations, abusive behavior, discrimination, or abuse of power in our structures. At the same time, we are aware that these things can still happen — and not always publicly. That’s why we are committed to creating safe, accessible structures for reporting and support, without fear of negative consequences.
